Sleep Problem

Do you have trouble falling asleep at night? Eating a light bedtime snack that contains tryptophan may help. Tryptophan is an amino acid that your body converts to melatonin and serotonin, both of which are thought to induce sleep. Light-and-easy bedtime snacks high in tryptophan may include a cup of yogurt with granola, a small bowl of oatmeal with low-fat milk or a banana. - Mayo Clinic - By Anonymous from USA

  2. Vino, it means you eat less spicy food. It means whether it is dinner/bed time we must eat something that is less taxing to our stomach. Our Indian food system is best because we finish it with some curd rice or eat curd[yogurt] if we are having tiffin items for supper. Because curds and warm milk will induce sleep.
