Chalcodon's son Elephenor- gave sanctuary To the two sons of Theseus, king of Athens at Euboea.He led the Euboean forces to the Trojan War. Large numbers of Abantes were among the Greek migrants who colonized various cities of Ionia - In Asia Minor.
