Ninurta - originally was an agricultural and deity of rain. He became a young God. He was associated with violent storms and martial powess. In one mythology text known as the Splendid Storm King- in the begining of time,when there was no agriculture as profession that required to feed the people. Ninurta defeated a demon and then made a giant stone dyke to stop the waters of the Tigris from flowing eastwards on top of the remains of his slain enemy.
