Black - white case

Finally finished the case for my friend. She wanted black and white yarns to be used as; she felt it will a neutral color. Hence I knitted this using size 8 double pointed needle. It is very easy to do and is not messy because I do not have to attach [stitch] at the seams. Just binded off 12 stitches and with the remaining 12 stitches knitted a flap in white yarns. Knitted an I-cord in black and attached to the sides. She said that she will be using this case for keeping her black berry mobile. Hope it fits correctly.

Took a double pointed needle and knitted this lovely case and both of us gave it to her today. It is her birthday today. I have yet to attach the velcro , thought of doing it latter. WISHING a happy birthday.May GOD bless her .

Jewel case with center red flower

Presenting my new jewel case. It was done in a 24 peg round loom. As I ran short of green color , binded one side and continued with the yellow yarn. The yarn was sufficient enough to make a flap. I then added some embelishment to give an extra edge. The center red flower was purchased from Khyati Kothari. The centre square stone was purchased from  Neha Gala from A1 crafts supply and the top red rectangle diamond from Selvam stores.

Cross stitch on knitting

Hi friends,
Have done a new concept in knitting. I have done cross-stitch on my knitted pouch. This pouch will hold all my crochet needles and sewing needles. This was very difficult to do. There is no proper alighnment as the stitches are loose at some places and tight at some places.

1. Cross stitch in the centre

2. Cross stitch in the flap

3.Appearance of the pouch

4. Pouch with all my needles

Hope it will be useful . You can use it for your spectacles or for stationery .
