While you are practising lifting of weights, it is important that you should be able to manage your breathing techniques.This is important because your blood pressure can increase to any levels. It can increase to dangerous levels while you are holding your breathe during the weight lifting training.Hence to prevent the fluctuations of the blood pressure, you must try to exhale while you are lifting the weight and inhale while you are lowering the weights. It is important that you must be able to breathe freely.
