and placed

his consent for
the marriage and as the next step, Naradha apprised Brahma of Ganesha’s
approval.
Lord Brahma immediately went to Mount Kailas and met the divine parents
of the groom –
Lord Shiva and Goddess Parvati. When they also agreed to the proposal
and gave their
blessings, Brahma met Vinayaka and formally placed his desire of a
grand weddings of his

.Nandideva, the
twelve Suns, eleven Rudras and many others accompanied the bridegroom.
Maha Vishnu
and Brahma received all the guests and ushered them into marriage hall
ceremoniously.

the happy
occasion. Vidhyadhara provided music and there was chanting of mantras
and showering
of flowers all over the place.

marriage to Lord Ganesha,
with all the sacred rituals performed as per Vedas.
